Alan Baylis has been a global R&D manager for ICI, Zeneca and Syngenta leading international project teams from exploratory science to new formulations and technical marketing.  Nuvistix was founded to provide a fresh approach to innovation and creativity, combining a wide experience of biological and chemical sciences with progressive innovation management concepts and tools.  Recent assignments have included assembling consortia and proposals for several diverse projects under the European R&D funding programme FP7; technical marketing for a major agribusiness company; managing projects in conservation agriculture; and business development in medicinal herb production.
